The ASA East Region BAGCAT Championships will be held at The University of East Anglia Pool, Norwich during June 2008.

This is a major event in the swimming calendar and all swimmers who have achieved qualifying times are encouraged to enter.
Completed entry forms and cheques (payable to Flitwick Dolphins S.C.) to Nigel Halford by Friday 9 May 2008 at the latest please (disregard instructions to the contrary in the Entry Pack). Diane will countersign your form and a consolidated Flitwick Dolphins entry will be made. Please note that you may be needed for relay teams as well as individual events.

Any withdrawals must be notified at least 45 minutes before the start of the Session.
