The ASA East Region Long Course Championships will be held at The University of East Anglia Pool, Norwich during November 2007.

This is a major event in the swimming calendar and all swimmers who have achieved qualifying times are encouraged to enter.
Completed entry forms and cheques (payable to Flitwick Dolphins S.C.) to Diane Brinkler or Nigel Halford by midnight Tuesday 9 October 2007 at the latest please (disregard instructions to the contrary in the Entry Pack).
The PDF Entry Pack below contains individual entry forms, qualifying times and a full schedule. Any withdrawals must be notified at least 45 minutes before the start of the Session.
