The ASA East Region Winter Championship 25m Meet will be held at The University of East Anglia Pool, Norwich on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2009. Unusually, this short-course meet holds a Level One licence.
Please hand completed entry forms and cheques (payable to Flitwick Dolphins S.C.) to your Squad Coach or Philip Abbott by Wednesday 23 September 2009 at the latest please (disregard instructions to the contrary in the Entry Pack). Further information can be found on the ASA East Region web site.
Any withdrawals must be notified at least 45 minutes before the start of the Session.
