The ASA East Region Youth Championships will be held at The University of East Anglia Pool, Norwich during May 2010.

This is a major event in the swimming calendar and all swimmers who have achieved qualifying times are encouraged to enter.
Completed entry forms and cheques (payable to Flitwick Dolphins S.C.) to Becky by Monday 5 April 2010 at the latest please (disregard instructions to the contrary in the Entry Pack). Becky will countersign your form and a consolidated Flitwick Dolphins entry will be made. Entry forms will be updated automatically to include any times from the Luton Open. Please note that you may be needed for relay teams as well as individual events.
Any withdrawals must be notified at least 45 minutes before the start of the Session.
